On December 24, 2025, Anhui Chengtai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. released the first public notice for the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Phase I Automated Upgrade and Expansion Project, which includes an additional 14,000 tons/year of rust‑inhibiting additives, 8,500 tons/year of metalworking fluids, and 100 tons/year of new energy battery films. The total investment in the project is 200 million yuan, and the construction site is located at No. 10, Diecui West Road, Xuancheng High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The proposed project will add production facilities for 14,000 tons/year of rust‑inhibiting additives, 8,500 tons/year of metalworking fluids, and 100 tons/year of new energy battery films, along with the corresponding supporting infrastructure for the Phase I automated upgrade and expansion project.
In accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for Construction Projects, Anhui Chengtai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. hereby entrusts Anhui Kang’an Hongrun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment for Anhui Chengtai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.’s new 14,000 tons/year rust‑inhibiting additive, 8,500 tons/year metalworking fluid, 100 tons/year new energy battery membrane, and the first-phase automated upgrade and renovation project. In compliance with the requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the relevant details of the proposed project’s EIA are hereby made public for the first time.
